Co-working dream vibes
Banner Coffee, Arroyo Grande, CA
I count 7 other people working at their computers right now.
Banner is bright and open with plants and community style seating available both at tall tables and couch areas.
I love it!
This feels like a good place to go for a day of typey typey work.
I’m drinking their honey, cinnamon latte and its deliiiiiiicious.
It rained all morning and is still kind of stormy outside so of course I went for a more cozy drink.
Today is full of to do lists and research and talking to my mom who is giving me my first (kinda) copywriting job!
So here I go learning how to work with other people and create copy that serves them and their audience.
This feels like my copywriting journey journal.
I’m okay with that.
We all have to start somewhere and this is where I am.
Last time I sat at this coffee shop, I was listening to feedback from a teacher of mine and she said:
Wherever you are, there you are.
Here I am!
And here I go.
Love,
Julia Mae

Coffee: 4/5 yummy but has that sour edge that’s not my favorite
Vibe: 5/5 open and bright and lots of other folks typing away on their laptops. Great for being motivated through parallel play!
Parking: 5/5 easy! parking lot around the side of the building.
Food: 2/5 they only have pastries and they didn’t look particularly wonderful.
